Tipton is lightning quick! In my opinion, Lexi is definitely underrated. She is an exceptional rim runner and she is hard to stop in the open floor. She continues to rebound exceptionally well. She is another versatile, athletic player on this Trotters’ squad. Tremendous upside for this one. Keep your eyes on her the rest of the summer with the Trotters’ and during her high school campaign as she makes the jump over to Heritage high school!

The freshman from Carter HS was impressive on Fri night for Trotters ’27 (Armes). She struggled to find the bottom of the net, but that’s going to happen. What I loved is that she didn’t let it affect the rest of her game. As a coach I begged my players to put their confidence in the controllables: effort, enthusiasm and focus. That’s what she did as her motor continued to run high all game long! She ended their big win with 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block and 1 steal. Awesome non scoring numbers.
