Caught Bunsold in a Friday win where she had her complete game going. First had the look of a long range bomber, hitting multiple threes. But she made an impact in all facets of the game. Popped up with rebounds, especially on the offensive end. Also forced steals and was a connector on offense, making unselfish passes. Processes the game quickly, one instance of that came when she crashed for an offensive rebound and immediately slipped a pass to an open teammate. Finished with 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 steals.

One thing she does better than anybody else, she sees the floor so well, especially in transition. She can get the ball up the floor for a quick bucket for her team. Incredible court vision and awareness.  Anticipates well on the defensive side, able to anticipate, and create.  From her position, she is as good as they get!

Poised and complete guard with excellent handles, able to deal with pressure and be a natural leader. Good score, active defender with a good IQ.

Libby is a top 10 sophomore in the state, but on this team, I need somebody I can trust to run the show. She can score, but on this team, she doesn’t need to. She needs to run the offense, distribute and play good defense. She’s also able and capable of scoring so don’t misinterpret that, she’s just a steady force I need to play the point with this powerful team from Ohio! Everybody I talked to about her raves about her leadership. She’s a perfect fit for this Buckeye loaded lineup!

Bunsold is a sophomore combo guard that needs no introduction! She is an electric scoring guard who commands a great deal of defensive attention when she is on the floor. Bunsold is a two-way matchup challenge at 5’9″ who makes defenses have to respect both her ability to attack the basket as well as her ability to distribute the ball. Leading the Golden Eagles at over 20 points per contest, she is a true three-level threat on the basketball court! Bunsold displayed her outstanding shooting and chemistry with her teammates in the win versus Fairland. The underclassmen is already grabbing the attention of many college coaches as she builds her case to have a elite impact at the next level!

One of the most impressive jumps in our ranking update belongs to a young lady who continues to open eyes everywhere she plays. Libby vaults all the way up to #7 and takes her rightful place inside the top 10. She is one of the most complete players in Ohio, regardless of class, tremendous defender and always causes havoc for her opponent. Obviously she can score but she distributes the ball really well and has a great basketball IQ. Can’t wait to catch her right after Christmas, but living in Ohio that’s always weather permitting!!

I was truly wowed by Bunsold’s performance- this kid is focused, one play at a time, and it all starts with her defense. I lost track of how many steals resulted in points. Sensational playmaker with relentless on ball pressure! Love her handles and how she can split the defense! She comes out hungry! (Featured Photo, with ball)

Part of that phenomenal 2028 class in Ohio, Libby is a fantastic multi-sport athlete who attributes her basketball success to her incredible work ethic and dedication. She can defend, force mistakes and push transition. Able to score from deep behind the three, or getting downhill to the rim. Watch this one!!

Climbing up to number 20 is a talented player who can get the job done on both ends of the floor. When she’s on the court; she’s focused and lets the game come to her. She plays the game with such poise and a great attitude on or off the bench. Libby is beyond her years, plays with a level mind, and is an excellent defender who picks your pocket and takes it to the other end to score. Plays effectively without the ball and is able to score from the outside while always having her body ready to shoot. She will simply continue to improve and become a better player with her high expectations for herself!

This kid is one of the focused kids I have seen. She plays the game so poised for a freshman. Libby can defend at an elite level, plays with a good level head and above her years. Can score from the perimeter, moves well without the ball. She will just keep getting better! Ranked #22.
