Kopachek has seen her stock rise as much as almost anyone in the last year. Her play recently with Brandon Clay’s Southeast All Stars at Select Event’s Live at Lakepoint, garnered the interest of several division one programs and resulted in offers from Louisiana Tech, Jacksonville State, East Tennessee State University, West Florida, and Louisiana Tech. Kopeck finished her junior season with over 1,000 points and rebounds and was named to several postseason awards lists.

D-I programs are recruiting one of the state’s most dominant interior stars. Kopacek averaged 19.5 points, 15.4 rebounds and 4 blocks per game. She is powerfully physical inside, scoring with a soft touch. Her nose for the ball and motor allow her to snatch rebounds out of her area.

Lindsey had one of the more impressive stat lines I saw of any player in the state when I was doing my research for this article. Not only did she score two more points than Cornish (545) on the season, but did so averaging over 15 rebounds per game to go along with the 20 point average. Kopacek had one of the highest field goal percentages I saw as well, shooting a very impressive 64% on the season. She was a major factor on the defensive end of the floor as well recording over 4 blocks per game. If it weren’t for the incredible year Harpring had, you could make a strong argument that Lindsey was very deserving of winning Player of the Year in AAAA. She has already eclipsed 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds for her career. She holds several offers from lower-mid level division schools. With a strong performance this Spring and Summer, and perhaps another very impressive high school season and Kopacek could see offers come from the major conferences in division one.

Lindsey just surpassed the 1,000 career rebound mark as a junior. She currently averages over 20 points a game and 15.5 rpg. For her career she has over 1300 points and now 1000 rebounds with another year to build on these stats.

Up from 28: Lindsey has developed into one of the top interior producers in the state. She averaged nearly fifteen points and over twelve rebounds per game while anchoring the paint. Lindsey commands double teams and still finds ways to score with drop steps, jumpers, or drives. She is physical on the glass, securing rebounds in traffic and providing a reliable post presence. Georgia State has taken notice and extended an offer.

Strong and steady in the post, Kopacek racks up double-doubles with consistency. She finishes with either hand, absorbs contact, and holds her ground defensively. Her ability to run the floor and score in transition complements her low-block polish and traffic rebounding.

Big, strong post with touch and tenacity. Dominant inside—forces double teams and powers through contact. Finishes with either hand, has excellent footwork and feel. Anchors the paint defensively and eats up rebounds. Consistent double-double threat with D-I future written all over her.

Skilled post collects double-doubles routinely. Has a college ready frame, sturdy and strong. Scores with both hands through contact. Good footwork in the pivot. Runs the floor for hoops.

Up from No. 66: Burgeoning double-double threat. Scores around the basket by keeping the ball high. Finishes with both hands. Makes quick moves inside but also has patient footwork. Likes to use up-and-unders. Will step outside to shoot the three.

Solid frame. Works to get inside positioning and can knock down short corner jumper.
