Expert Analysis
Mikol Blake-Green | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Watching the development of Lindsey over the year has been amazing! The 5’11 wing offers so much to the game and plays the right way. Although the intangibles like diving for loose balls and defensive intensity stick out, Lemay brings a solid 3-point shot, along with top-notch offensive rebounding, while also having remarkable athleticism that allows her finish at the rim easily. She is one of the better 2-way wings in New England and that’s thanks to her high motor that allows her to function at a top-tier level on both sides of the ball. Defensively, Lemay is a menace on the floor. On the perimeter she hounds ball handlers and makes them feel uncomfortable, yet when rotating down in help, Lindsey disrupts entry passes. Simply put, Lindsey makes her team better when she is on the court and Northeastern has themselves a good one coming their way.

Lindsey Lemay (2025) | 5’11 Wing | Bay Sate Jags
Lindsey was remarkable over the weekend. She is a marvelous athletic 2-way athletic wing who allowed her defense to fuel her offense in the games watched. Lindsey’s explosive play led to multiple turnovers that turn into easy points. After a score, Lemay is immediately up pressing almost 90 feet away from the basket with her arms fully extended and moving laterally while being low to the ground. For ballhandlers that aren’t extremely comfortable handling the ball under duress, Lemay poses as a nightmare matchup. She closes the gap and lures dribblers into traps at the sideline. Lindsey causes turnovers, but her impact is shown in deflections and her sheer ability to fluster opponents. She has the ability to shut sides off the court down when she is on the floor. Lemay is deceptively quick and covers a lot of ground in a small amount of time. Offensively, Lemay was sporting her attacking off the dribble ability. She was driving and cutting through the lane viscously and those lead to some tough scores in critical periods of the game. Lindsey was also collecting a bunch of offensive weakside and strongside rebounds in tight spots. Lemay’s ability to be everywhere on the floor is an underrated attribute that can be easily overlooked. Lemay was really impressive and had some stately performances in her play over the weekend.

Lindsey had herself a weekend at Spooky Nook! A complete wing package that was bringing the two-way energy from the start of the weekend. Lemay is one of the best wing defenders on the perimeter. Lindsey was a defensive monster all weekend long and had countless number of steals and transition buckets. She is always in the right place at the right time and has active hands while staying on the balls of her feet. Lindsey generates steals and interruptions because of her length and combined with her athleticism she’s able to deceptively roam. When in transition, Lindsey can finish athletically off one foot, but also understands when to finish under control and use her jump-stop to her advantage. She is not just defense; Lemay can hit from long-range and also has a solid mid-range game. Her jump shot is confident and under control through the high release point. Lindsey is a coach’s dream; she doesn’t require the ball or take extra dribbles to get the job done.

(2025) | 5’11 Wing| Tilton
Lindsey is hardnosed 2-way wing prospect with a high ceiling. Lemay was one of the better players last year at Barrington by dominating with a balanced inside and outside game. Lemay transferred to Tilton and entered the talented NEPSAC pool to test her talents amongst some of the best in the nation. Lemay plays with the 2x Gatorade Player of the Year and was a perfect complement player to a star. She has a smooth pace and subtle tactics separate her from other wings. Lemay likes to get to her spots, but doesn’t just rely on that to get a bucket. Lindsey uses her athleticism to get by slower defenders yet has the presence to affect the game when many get flustered by the pressure of the game. Overall Lemay is a solid prospect that will easily translate at the next level.
Lemay would be an excellent contributor to the run as a premier athletic wing who can do a little bit of everything on the floor. Her combination of offensive and defensive abilities would only enhance the level of play on the perimeter.
