Made an impact in the pick-and-roll game, screening and diving to the rim to post up. Effective offensive rebounder scored on a pair of putbacks. Kept the ball high and drew fouls. Did a nice job defensively picking up steals and protecting the rim. Finished with 9 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 block.

Pirkle had a great May. I had the opportunity to see her play at the Atlanta Peach Games and Capitol Cool in Birmingham. A post player with great footwork around the basket and great use of her body to score through contact. A player that runs the floor rim to rim and is always in scoring position. Knows how to pass from the post position and crashes the boards hard to allow for extra possessions. I look forward to her having a breakout July.

Pirkle really impressed with her ability to post strong on the block but also knock down the high post shot. A player that has great footwork around the block which allows her to score at will inside. A player that moves her feet well on defense and showed her ability to step out and guard on the perimeter. A walking double double who her team can rely on when they need a basket.

Pirkle is a player that does everything on the court. She showed her ability to catch at the high post and rip and get to the basket. Has great footwork on the block which allows her to score at the rim. Has the ability to also hit the over the shoulder shot as well. Protects the paint really well and knows how to defend without fouling. She had 19 points on Day 1. A player that is on a lot of college coaches radars.

Pirkle had a strong summer and fall leading into the regular season. The game has slowed down for Pirkle, as she’s finished stronger around the rim and has used her height to her advantage more often. Lindsey is a steady rebounder and has developed into a capable shot blocker. On offense Lindsey scores with a hook down low and can stretch the floor to the three-point line.

Pirkle is a workhorse on the boards. Probably one of the best rebounders I had seen on the day. High IQ post player that has the ability to change the game. Knows how to pass out of the double team and also score on the block. Understands being in the right position on offense and defense. Her size creates matchup problems on the block and on the wing.
