Even when she missed, she made the necessary adjustments with ease. At the Flagler ID Camp, she showcased her playmaking, ball-handling, and ability to finish through contact. Handy demonstrated this summer that she is ready for a very productive sophomore season at Clearwater, making her a player who will remain on our radar all year.

London Handy London Handy 5'8" | PG/SG Clearwater | 2028 State FL looked sharp throughout the Flagler Camp action, constantly making plays. The sophomore guard showed poise handling the ball, attacking downhill, and finishing through contact. Her ability to create off the dribble and score inside makes her a tough cover, and she consistently found ways to impact the game. With Clearwater graduating multiple key seniors from last year’s roster—a group that advanced to the Final Four in Lakeland—Handy is set to step into a primary scoring and leadership role this season.

Clearwater made a trip to Lakeland last year and won 18 games throughout the season as one of the top teams in Pinellas County on a consistent annual basis. London is going to have a big impact on their success this season as the top underclassmen on a roster that loses some key pieces but also retains a few that will all have to take on expanded roles to reach the State Tournament again. Her ability to finish around the rim, hit shots, and play with intensity will determine her effectiveness for her Tornadoes team.

London has a great frame and solid feel for the game as one of the best 2028’s out of Pinellas County. On Saturday in Longwood, she was knocking down triples from long range at a high clip. She could also get to the rack and finish with authority for the bucket and the foul with her strength.
