Teuton impressed me years ago when I started calling the #sizedontmatter guard “Big Mac” because she could play and her “on the court” progression has shown that’s she’s not only one of the area’s top PGs, she had a WHOPPER of a camp showing she could not only jhandle the ball and see the floor under pressure, she did a good job controling the tempo as well as scoring off the dribble

Teuton “Big Mac” added more spice down the stretch to not only keep her composure and handle the ball and see the floor but also “control the tempo” and make the correct decisions. Her short jumper helped get everything going, but her threading the needle was nice too

Teuton is handling the pressure thrown at her nicely and even before middle school she showed she under that the game starts at the 1. Her court vision in transition looks better, she also is more vocal and directs traffic yet her passes in traffic looked good, and so did her pull-up jumper

Teuton is a skillful long-range shooter who connects at a HIGH clip from hs to college range. Defensively, there are few things that get by without Teuton disrupting the flow, especially since the ball bounces from the ground up. Plus, with the dazzling stutter-step(s), and head fake combos, she is even tougher to defend.

Teuton grabbed my attention years ago yet her performance during the playoffs, without their talented post who had inked a D1 offer and was out with a knee injury, showed what I always say “the game starts at the 1”. I hadn’t really seen her in a couple of years yet she put her team on her back by controlling the tempo and running the squad yet at the blink of an eye, she scored however she wanted and got the ball to the right teammate as her team made a nice run

Teuton is another player I’ve had the opportunity to see growth over the last couple of years. She is a true point guard, and as she entered high school that did not change. Even in a new offense, she has the natural ability to set her teammates up and run the show as the floor general. Teuton has a nice change of pace to her game, and does a good job of playing within and not forcing anything. In the half court set, does a nice job of faking a pass to make a pass to feed the posts on the block (something that is beginning to feel like a lost art). She finished as the leading scorer for her team and a 1st team All District pick.

Teuton helped lead her squad to the second round yet what’s even more impressive is that I had no idea that their post, Jordan Mays Jordan Mays 6'3" | C Fort Bend Travis | 2024 State TX , was out for the season, another special S/O to Coach Trey for that info. Teuton has always shown a knack for being able to “run a team” and when you’re heady, skilled and under control, that’s a solid foundation for a point guard because the game has and always will start at the 1
