She showed confidence from deep, connecting on shots from beyond the arc, while also attacking the basket with purpose—highlighted by a tough finish through contact for an and-one. Defensively, she stayed active with quick hands, coming up with multiple steals and creating extra possessions. In transition, she pushed the pace and went end-to-end on a couple of occasions, and she also battled on the glass, converting a put-back on the offensive end. Madason’s energy and versatility stood out early in the day.

Madason keeps showing out on the PGH Circuit. She was a Top Performer at Northwood and Wayne State was no different. Madason is elusive, explosive, and strong with the ball, which makes her a daunting matchup for opposing guards. In the Bronze Championship Game, she was a two-way terror, pressuring guards on the perimeter to create steals, outracing the defense up the court with her dribble, and imposing her will physically on hard downhill drives. One of Madason’s highlights was an assertive straight line drive to the rim with a strong and-one finish through contact. She’s been one of the biggest stock risers at guard on the college tour so far and is a very talented prospect for Michigan Goonies 16U E40.

Madason is an athletic guard with a compact, muscular build, scrappy defensive presence, and an explosive downhill burst off the dribble. She pressured opposing guards and deflected passes on the perimeter. Madason swiped the ball away to score a breakaway bucket, went by a defender using a shifty crossover dribble for a layup, and showed her accuracy in the mid-range.
