How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a 5'9" point guard, and I pride myself on my sharp court vision and high basketball IQ. At the rim, I’ve got a strong finishing game. Whether it’s a quick floater or an acrobatic layup, I can finish through contact. And my mid-range game is polished—I’ve put in the work to make sure I can knock down those pull-ups, especially when defenders sag off. It’s a weapon I use to keep them honest.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

As a leader on the court, I’m always the one who sets the tone. I believe in leading by example, both in how I play and how I carry myself. My mentality is about staying calm and composed, no matter the situation. In the heat of the game, when everyone else might be losing their head, I’m the one who steps up and keeps everyone focused. It’s not about showing off or making a big spectacle.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Basketball has been the ultimate proving ground for my leadership. Over the years, I’ve learned that leadership is about more than just skill or talent—it’s about attitude, consistency, and the ability to inspire others to rise to the occasion. I didn’t become a leader overnight. It took time, experience, and a lot of self-reflection, but the lessons I’ve learned through basketball have shaped me.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Moving to a new town and switching schools in the middle of my 8th grade year was one of the toughest things I’ve ever had to do. I’d been playing basketball my whole life, and at my old school, I was a lock to start varsity. My game was sharp, and I was mentally ready to make that jump. But moving completely shifted everything. I went from knowing everyone, feeling comfortable, to being new.+

What type of college are you looking for?

’m not just looking for any college—I’m looking for a place that challenges me both on the court and in the classroom. I’ve worked way too hard to settle for anything less than a school that can push me to be the best version of myself, in every aspect of life. On the basketball side, I want a program with a proven track record of winning, a place where I’ll be challenged by top-tier competition.
