A kid who is also a distance runner and has run seven miles and then came to practice and didn’t miss a beat. Great stamina and work ethic. Plays at a high D1 high school as a swing player. She wants more and her practice shows that, desire to move up. She attended the PGH event last fall. Always asks to guard the opponents best offensive player. Can play though contact and draws fouls, gets to the rim. Versatile who can play 1-3 because of her size and handles.

Another player who caught our attention, Madison has seen her game grow over the past year. She is a multi-sport athlete who also runs cross country, and she can run for days on the court. She has a really good first step. Does a nice job finishing at the rim and is not bothered by contact.  Plays multiple positions, undersized but not afraid to take it to the rim. 

Madison displayed a very good basketball IQ for her age, and was one of the better team players in an environment where it is natural to try to do a lot. She handles the ball well and moves well without the ball. She can run the floor and plays with energy. She has a good motor. Love her effort and nose for the ball. Good defender.
