FINAL RANKING #7- These next two athletes know what it means to take a young team onto their shoulders on a deep tournament run. Maddie had a lot of youth in the lineup with her and took the Knights to the state championship game. She has such a good tough player around the paint, smooth shooter out behind the arc and runs the floor well. Ready to see her game blossom even more at Northern Kentucky.

What a career for Maddie, as she became the all-time leading scorer in Alter history. She is very effective both inside and out with a good perimeter game and range behind the arc. She has good hands and her length allows her to defend the passing lanes well. She averaged 19 points and 8 rebounds per game and led the Knights to the state finals. Headed to Northern Kentucky next fall.

After a sluggish start in the last game, Alter fought back to defeat the host Hiland Hawks. Can be dominant anywhere in the paint, it can be difficult for opposing posts to defend her. She is dangerous because she is deadly from the perimeter, can knock down the three and run the show with handles. Headed to NKU, enjoyed watching her game grow over the years.

Got to see her on Sunday in a huge non-conference game against a very athletic Wayne team, Maddy put on a great show as her team earned a 44-40 win. Lefty with great range and leadership qualities that most don’t have. Handles, long and can guard inside or out.

Northern Kentucky struck gold with this young lady coming their way! Moody contributes so much to the team- it’s more than points, rebounds, and overall defense. It shows in her character- unselfish play & her willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team win. (Below with ball)

She seems like she has been playing forever with the Knights, but Maddie is now a senior with her college chosen (NKU) and the chance to be the leader for a very good program in Ohio. Maddie is a major force anywhere in the paint, but is equally as potent on the perimeter. Great hands and length, she is ready to finish her career in style.

, it was Moody who raised her game to even another level, and put together a great season. Averaged 17.4 points, Moody is a weapon who can hurt you in so many ways. She can handle the ball good enough to produce on the perimeter, also very strong and physical she could finish at the rim. This D1 recruit still has another year to even get better. I expect her to have a stellar summer and add to her offers. Moody moves up from #7 to #6 in the class.

Everyone knows about Maddie, she is a major D1 recruit from Alter who has seen her game become difficult to defend. Moves well around the rim but is not confined to the paint. Has good range, can defend mulitple postions. Runs the floor well and can catch and score. Smart basketball IQ and is a great team leader.

Moody was another of the important elements to Wood Elite 2026’s success this past weekend as the team went 4-0 for Peach Games. Coach Monee Wood had to be proud of how her team played – and that includes what Moody did. She had 11 points in a victory over Team Nite Nite 2026 to close out Saturday’s play. Look out if she has the ball behind the 3-point line as she is ready and poised to take (and make) those attempts. Defensively, she is a possibility to collect steals and create additional possessions for her team. Moody is listed at 5-foot-5 and typically operates as a guard in the backcourt.

Moody I have seen play a couple of times and she never disappoints to show her talent on the floor. Very physical player who can box out and crash the boards. She can put in work down low in the paint and also take her skills outside the paint. Whatever her team needs she steps up and does just that. Has a great jump-shot. Jumped one spot to number 5.
