Wow! Against Empire State P24, there was not a defender on the floor that could stay in front of her. She got downhill like a freight train and finished with ease over the Empire interior length. I didn’t see her range as a shooter because whenever she needed to score she got to the rim. Her athleticism was on full display when she would pulls basketballs off the glass and take off in transition for easy baskets.

Makayla is a player who can take advantage of her excellent length and use her body to score through contact. She can use it defensively to deflect shots that are made around the rim. Has good wingspan and nice speed. She can control the boards by rebounding well. Current ranked #27.

She has good length and uses it to her advantage. Defensively, she is active and quick, able to alter and block shots with her wingspan. She is a very good presence in the paint, rebounds well and with authority. Athletic and can run the floor well, she should open some eyes as her career blossoms.
