Makayla was a breakout player at Northwood Team Camp. She converted a tough finish off the glass around a long defender after a sweet fake-pass move. Makayla turned a steal into a layup, drilled a three-pointer in the slot, and blocked a shot. She drove hard to the basket, switching hands, and finished the and-one layup. Makayla caught a pass with soft hands and made a quick transfer to score another layup off two feet. She made the hustle plays and outworked opponents for rebounds. Makayla looks ready for a productive senior season at Swan Valley.
