Gabriella brought plenty of energy to the defensive end at the Mystics Open Run. The guard was relentless in her effort, using active hands to disrupt ball handlers and jumping passing lanes to create turnovers. She also made several hustle plays that showed her willingness to do the little things on both ends of the floor. Offensively, Gabriella knocked down a three-pointer to show she can provide a perimeter scoring threat as well. Her defensive intensity, instincts, and effort made her a player who caught my eye throughout the run.

Gabriella is a scrappy and skilled guard from Swan Valley who could be in store for a big weekend at the PGH MI College Tour. She competes with a non-stop motor, wreaking havoc on opposing ball-handlers with her relentless defense. Gabriella pounces on loose balls, uses her quick hands to pick pockets, and keeps her head up in transition to fire passes to open teammates. Gabriella can light it up from three-point distance when she gets hot, and she’ll be a member of the Mystics 15U Select backcourt to watch.
