This was the first time I’ve seen Makenna play and she was clearly one of the best players at the Toledo Top 64! Makenna Moritz Makenna Moritz 5'9" | SF Genoa Area | 2027 OH has a physical build that immediately creates matchup problems, not to mention her elite skillset! Whether it’s scoring from the perimeter or inside the paint, Makenna can do it all. Paint beast! Her fluidity with the ball in her hands at her size is next-level. She was really shot hungry on Saturday and for a good reason, she’s a sniper! A true forward who can shoot the way she can is hard to find. I’m not surprised at all that she holds multiple D2 offers. A total baller who brought her A-game to Toledo! (featured picture)

When it comes down to rebounding the ball and protecting the paint, this is the girl to have! She has great help side defense along with great body control. When she goes up to score she can finish strong through her defenders and relocate the ball if needed. She anticipates the passes coming into the paint and has strong post moves to finish around the rim.
