Klabo played a ton of meaningful minutes this season for a very talented Horace team. She is one of 6 players who played all 27 games for the Hawks. She was very efficient this season from the field and didn’t make many mistakes on the court. She shot the ball 50% overall and 44% from three. I anticipate her fighting for a starting position next season and helping Horace once again get back to the state tournament. She is a hardworking athlete who puts time into her game and has a desire to improve. She is just scratching the surface of how effective she will be as a high school player. She is a certainly a college prospect.

, who is also a volleyball standout. She is another stellar guard in a long line of Hawk athletes in recent years. She is going to have great role models to look up to and Maya has the attitude to absorb all the leadership lessons available. She is a coachable kid who plays the game the right way. I like her patience with the ball on offense and her ability to play off of the ball. Maya is going to be an excellent high school basketball player.

Maya is going to be a really good high school player. She has a very athletic frame and strong legs. She has high basketball IQ, keeping space in the half court and moving naturally on the floor. She excels in her passing. She throws passes on time and on target in traffic. She is very good at throwing to posts’ strong hand to create easy scoring opportunities.
