Maya Robinson Maya Robinson 5'9" | SF NC GBB | 2023 State NC is versatile and is a weapon on all areas of the court.  She drives hard to the basket being able to battle against post players on the block, and she can definitely set herself up around the perimeter to knock down her shot.  Her IQ is apparent on the court as she knows how to move with the ball to create her own space, and she is constantly relocating without the ball to get open.  She is certain to jump into passing lanes and push these steals up the court for some points.

Maya Robinson finds ways to make a play even when her opponents think the offense has broken down.  She crashes the boards, grabs offensive rebounds, and flashes in the paint for some points.  She reads her defenders well finding ways to get open off in bounds plays for more points.  She hustles after loose balls going for the steals, and she knows how to immediately find her teammates.

Maya Robinson Maya Robinson 5'9" | SF NC GBB | 2023 State NC has a way of taking over games.  As she was feeling the momentum shift away from her team she used tough defense and aggressive offense to get some points driving hard to the hoop.  She then showed off her shot from deep.  She’s certainly a versatile athlete ready to take her talents to Charleston Southern next season.

Robinson is joining the Carolina just south of here at Charleston Southern.  She is a stat packing athlete finishing with double digits in points consistently and grabbing rebounds for her teams doing it all no matter who she is going up against. She has an ability to put her head down and drive to the basket showing off a variety of finishes in order to get her points, and she doesn’t shy away from stopping quickly for a jump shot. Her court vision is on point finding the gaps in the defense to make a play. She is certainly an asset on the other end playing tough defense reading her opponents as if she knows what they are going to do next.
