McKenna Smith kept the energy up for a short-handed Lady Knockouts team. At the tournament on Saturday, they just had five players.
She showed that she was a great vocal leader, a capable shooter, and a great creator. Despite teams pressing full court, she was able to set up her offense routinely and stayed calm while doing it.
On the defensive end, she gave maximum effort. She overall is just the type of guard that makes a coach’s life easier.
