She is listed at 5-foot-9 and recently wrapped up her freshman campaign at Marietta following a 15-14 record. In Team Elite Hubbard 15U 3SSB’s victory over Mississippi Jazz Elite 15U, Everett tallied 14 points in the offensive onslaught. Her team hit a total of four 3-pointers in that game on Saturday. Two of those 3-pointers were courtesy of Everett. In addition to long range accuracy, the ability to haul in plenty of rebounds is another key aspect to her game.

I told coaches baseline that I really like Mackenzie’s upside. She tallied 12 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block. Adding strength to her frame will help when playing bigger and more athletic teams like Hardaway. Everett’s versatility will unlock a ton of doors for her. She can play 1-4 on the floor with her robust skill set. She sank a three and had two And-1 drives.

She made huge play after huge play down the stretch to hold off Creekside. She came away with key rebounds, buckets inside and helped get crucial stops defensively. McKenzie has wiry length and active mobility. She can earn minutes 3-5 if need be. Everett had 11 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 block in a 38-32 win.
