Midland Dow dual-sport star Melanie made the final game of her high school career count. She reached the 1,000-point scoring summit during a 63-28 win against Grand Blanc. Melanie posted 22 points, six steals, four assists, and three steals in the victory. She’s scheduled to have season-ending knee surgery, but will continue her soccer career at SVSU following graduation.
