Lord is such an impressive ’30 talent. She’s been highlighted before, but after watching film, her game must be reevaluated. The Rivals have helped develop her nicely and she’s quickly turning into a rising name in the class.

Mia is developing very quickly as an effective multilevel scorer. Lord’s range, balance under her shot on the move, adjustments in the lane and overall prompt decision-making are all striking features. This is a player to continue to keep an eye on.

Mia recently committed to playing her freshman season at Austin Prep next year. She’s a strong finisher around the basket who can score effectively with either hand. Her inside-hand scoop finishes stand out, as she uses them well to protect the ball from shot blockers. She also adds value as a capable three-point shooter who can stretch the floor.
