Michele’s game has taken a huge step forward from last year and the timing couldn’t be better for this team. She’s now a real threat from three while also being able to put the ball on the ground and attack the mid-range or the rim. Her aggressiveness on defense will be a difference maker if she can get steals and make life tough on opposing players.

Coming off her freshman season, Cain is definitely ready for the competitive grassroots summer. A taller guard, she is also quick and tough. This guard gets her energy from her defense. She is aggressive and uses her length to lockup opponents in traps in the full court; on the wings in the half-court and she can even guard in the paint. Michele uses her height to get rebounds and her handles to become an end-to-end player. On the offensive end, Michele is just as aggressive. She is strong getting to the basket. She can finish at the rim, or pull up for jumpers. Cain also has range from behind the arch, she is a threat to any defense. This summer with Colorado Premier , Cain will be fun to watch.

As a freshman, Cain is just getting started for George Washington. This freshman is fundamentally sound. She is confident with the ball in her hands. She makes great decisions on the court from breaking a press, hitting an open teammate for a bucket, to getting her own points. Michele is a taller guard, using her height to score over smaller defenders. Her jumper is consistent from 2pt and 3pt both. She also uses her height to be a great rebounder on both ends of the floor. Defensively, she still uses her height and quickness to her advantage. Cain will smother smaller guards on the wing, but she isnt afraid to battle in the paint if she gets a post matchup. Cain will continue to be a key for George Washington beyond her freshman season.

Cain is a great freshman for George Washington. She is tall for her shooting guard postion, which is nice because she is also a great passer. She sees the court well to find her open teammates and her own scoring opportunities. She weaves through traffic to get to the basket and finishes strong at the rim. She can score from 2pt range all over the court and step behind the arch to hit from the three. As a freshman, Michele, is definitely impactful for the Patriots on the offensive end. Defensively, she holds her own too. She is long and quick and applies pressure to dribblers and shooters all over the court. She is great at using her length to snatch rebounds, look for her to cleanup on the boards. This freshman will have no problem in her first playoff game.
