About Mikaela
Expert Analysis
Nicolee Quraishy | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
The most dominant player for the Sentinels in this match up, Marshall’s ability to play all five positions for her team made her an offensive force. Her ability to catch on the perimeter and get downhill on defenders and into the paint put pressure on the Falcons defense the entire game.
She also has a well-developed bag of secondary post moves she showed off, catching inside and moving under and around her match up in the paint.

Mikaela was a joy to watch and quickly put herself on our radar. Her rebounding instincts are already advanced, and she adds a unique touch around the rim with an underhand put-back that’s both effective and creative. She plays with physicality, isn’t afraid to body up inside, and consistently takes care of business in the paint.
