The Wauwatosa East guard has been the focal point of what could be the best offense in the Midwest this season. Litza is maybe the most press-resistant guard I’ve ever seen and has been one of the best creators in the state over the past few seasons. The Red Raider has been able to help uplift the talent around her is unbelievable. Litza has also led her team to the state tournament the last two seasons while in Division 2, and could lead her team to the Division 1 State Tournament this season. Litza is a 2025 Division 2 State Champion. She will also head down to Chicago to continue her playing career at DePaul and play in the Big East.

Mikaia was an opponent of a team I was watching, but she stood out to me because of her poise and patience at the point guard position. She has a quick and tight handle, she doesn’t overdribble, and she handles pressure extremely well. She is always looking for open teammates, and she delivers passers on time/on target. However, she can also get by defenders and finish at the basket, plus she has a solid shot when set and in rhythm. Lastly, she uses her length and quickness well at the defensive end, whether she’s on or off the ball.

The Wauwatosa East guard has led the Red Raiders to the state tournament the last two seasons and helped her team hoist the D2 crown this past March. Litza scored 32 points in a historic triple overtime game in the D2 title game. She’s a player who’s improved each season and has helped her teammates improve as their lead guard. Litza is currently uncommitted, but has plenty of interest from schools at the next level.
