The athletic and physical Volcy had a physical presence in the paint on both ends of the court. She was strong inside, preventing easy baskets under the goal. She more than held her own against Candady and some of the other power forwards in the building. On the offensive end, Volcy used her size and physicality to play tough inside, absorb contact, and put the ball in the basket. The Freshman forward also rebounded the ball well.

Volcy has nice size and displayed how she can use it to her advantage. She had some nice finishes at the rim and rebounded well. Defensively, her presence in the paint did not go unnoticed. With the right development she will definitely call the right attention to herself for the next four years.

The 5-7 rising freshman forward is an undersized prospect who plays with an aggressive edge on both ends of the floor. Volcy can finish well at the front of the rim whether it’s on the attack or finishing put-backs. She uses her strength and athleticism to an advantage on both ends. Volcy also has great hands and smooth footwork in the paint where she is also working on a consistent jump shot.
