Mya Lempp Mya Lempp 5'8" | PG Papillion LaVista South | 2024 NE had her season cut short due to an injury that she sustained early on in the 2024 calendar year but that doesn’t take away from anything she did during her time on court. Lempp was a vital piece to her teams success this past 3-4 years, no matter which way you put it. She moved between the 2, 3, and 4 position for her PLVS squad. On every shot attempt, she displayed a balanced shot form, coordinated stance, and quick trigger when the ball hit her hands. Coming down the floor in transition she always managed to keep her eyes up with the willingness to make a pass to any open teammate up the floor. She brought a lot of positives to the floor but her best ability was shooting the ball from deep. Like I said, on every open attempt she had, if she had time to let it fly, the shot looked like it was going to be good and even when she was sped up, she usually still got a good shot attempt off. It’s a shame that her high school career came to an end how it did but if she comes back healthy, it’s not crazy to think that should maybe could compete again. She definitely has the skill to play at the next level, she would just need to find the ideal fit for herself. Which is still more than possible at this point but it all depends on her recovery and how she is feeling about her future.
