Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a friendly, energetic person, but I lock in when it’s time to compete. I can get quiet or in my head sometimes, but I’m very coachable. I ask questions, make connections, and always want to learn and grow. I also try to keep a “next play” mindset and not let mistakes get to me. I always hustle and make sure to encourage my teammates when I see they’re in their head.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve struggled with my mental health all throughout middle school to highschool, and lost my love and motivation for basketball, while playing with GTS Fusion. But this past year, I stayed disciplined and found my passion again. I worked hard on my own, got stronger mentally and physically, and now I’m playing with FBC Havoc 16U. It’s made me tougher and more focused, especially off-court.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a competitive D1 or strong D2 school where I’ll be supported on and off the court. I’m interested in pre-med or a health-related field (which can change), and I’d like a program that pushes me as a player but also cares about and personal growth on and off court. Location doesn’t matter,as long as I’m in the right environment. I’m determined to raise my GPA to a 3.7+ by graduation.
