Naomi (Class of 2029) had a super impressive showing during the live period, averaging 21.0 points per game. An electrifying point guard in the Class of 2029, she consistently made an impact with her ability to score and create opportunities for her teammates. Naomi has an advanced feel for the game for her age, plays with confidence and poise, and shows outstanding instincts with the ball in her hands. With her skill set, athleticism, and basketball IQ, she possesses tremendous upside and is one of the top young prospects to watch in the 2029 class.

Naomi shot her way up to No. 17 in the rankings after an outstanding summer. She was lights out from beyond the arc, shooting nearly 50 percent from three while averaging 21 points per game at the DMV Live sessions for Stone Ridge Academy. Naomi is the type of shooter defenses must account for every time she steps on the floor. She moves exceptionally well without the ball, consistently finding open space and making defenders pay for losing track of her. More than just a shooter, she is a fundamentally sound player with a high basketball IQ who understands the game and consistently makes winning plays.

Naomi had her scope calibrated well as she dropped three pointer after three pointer in her two games with Stone Ridge. She had game highs against Clinton Grace scoring 25 points and followed it up with a 17 point performance against St. Andrew’s. She had a couple of back to back to back streaks of three pointers and still managed to keep working and getting good looks. She scored in transition and in the midrange but most of her damage was from beyond the arc.

Naomi is very active on defense and plays the passing lanes well. She is good at getting to the basket finding ways to get off her shot against taller opponents. She is a good ball handler and should contribute quite a bit on varsity this season.
