Ileana is one of the biggest risers in the rankings update and rightfully so. She has a smooth offensive game, being able to showcase her ability to score from all 3 levels in a big way. She hits transition threes at a high rate and can knock it down even with a hand in her face. She is fundamentally sound, playing off 2 feet and always making the extra pass.

She scored in a lot of different ways, whether it was taking advantage of space in transition to walk into threes, pulling out a slow step on her drives to let defenders blow by, or using good fakes and hard dribbles inside to set up pivots around defenders. Olteanu was a pretty reliable bucket for EBC but she also showed the desire to work for good shots and get the ball flowing.
