Gray grabbed my attention almost 8 years ago see evaluation here and I caught back up with her a few years later see evaluation here yet since then, she has transformed into a player who can score however she wants, mid to long, off the dribble, and around the basket and when I have officials calling me bragging about this young lady, well you know something. She was virtually unstoppable when I did my wraparound coverage but peep this, she will get even better at the next level

Gray got it done the hard way yet her resilience is what I have always admired about this young lady and that showed as she came down on the ref’s foot, on the jump ball, and wasn’t able to play on Thursday yet on Friday came back to lead her team to victory and a spot in the finals. She scored around the basket on Friday, yeah she’s long and athletic which will always be the base, yet her midrange was solid, and so was her rebounding and defense which will have her team in the hunt come playoffs

Gray was coming off an opening round triple double in opening round and her team being a #4 and defeating a #1 was big, yet speaking of triple, her knocking down the long ball consistently and effectively shows me she has been working yet her “work ethic” has never been questioned by me, I’m a REAL EVALUATOR, and peep this, her team has a shot at winning the region next season, I actually mean that because her energy trickles over to her teammates, she rebounds, scores around the basket, has good timing and is “long and athletic”
