Noelle’s debut on the P32 circuit has been everything you could expect from a player who’s physical, versatile and well-rounded. She’s impacted the game at a high level at events like the Windy City Classic, Gym Ratz & the AC Showcase. It was her play at Jersey Live, however, that really impressed me and proved she’s continued to elevate her game. She sees the biggest surge of any player in this update, rising 78 spots to make her Top 50 debut.

Noelle saw her stock boost exponentially after today. She took an aggressive approach vs Middle Township and commanded the floor, both offensively and defensively. Confident multi-level scoring, including hard-nosed play in the paint which earned her trips to the FT line. The offense flowed through her and for good reason!

Physically strong guard/wing with a smooth and well-rounded game. She thrives on the downhill attack and shows off great body control to still finish through contact. Legit perimeter threat, capable of knocking down 3’s in bunches and stretching defenses beyond the arc. Brings great effort on the glass battling for rebounds.

Noelle is set to close out her AAU career with the NJ Panthers on the Lady P32 circuit and brings a well-rounded game on both ends. She is a confident three-point shooter who can knock down shots even under pressure. On defense, she anticipates plays well and jumps passing lanes to create turnovers. Noelle also crashes the offensive glass hard and moves effectively along the perimeter to get open looks.

This Panthers squad played a wickedly tough schedule in Atlantic City, facing juggernaut opponents in iDream, PV Thunder and LI Lightning. The name on the jersey, however, didn’t phase Noelle. She was rock solid as a playmaker, doing a little bit of everything and being the glue girl this team needed. Crisp off-ball movement and quick rotations allowed her to get easy layups time and time again. She made the defender expend a lot of energy trying to keep up because she was never stationary or in one spot for too long; always moving, always working! Her 3 ball was clicking and at times, she looked like the best 3-point shooter on the floor. She moved the ball well around the perimeter, made use of the drive-and-kick and adjusted her defense accordingly to apply some pressure and force turnovers. Undeniable all-court effort.

She put forth a strong effort defensively; low and steady guarding the perimeter. Really quick laterally and kept the ball in front of her at all times. She didn’t allow Team Sims any easy buckets and made them work hard for everything. Offensively, she looked confident popping from 3 and stepping into elbow jumpers. Tireless motor and hustle!
