Olvia came out swinging to open the season. She was dynamic yet always seemed to be in controlled as she was able to change her speeds flawlessly. The team was flourishing off her top tier playmaking skills.

Fleming was looking tremendous this weekend at GymRat. She brought a competitive edge that’s hard for anyone to match. There’re some things that really standout with her game though; Olivia’s balanced attack, poise and incredible change of pace make her one of the finest guards in the entire region. This weekend was just another testament to how elite she really is. Olivia was consistently making plays happen for herself as well as others and she did this in such an efficient manner. Many high usage point guards have high assist-to-turnover ratios. It would make sense for this since they have the ball in their hands a considerable number of times more than others, but Olivia doesn’t fit that mold. She’s trusted when the pressure is on and she’s shown plenty of times to be productive in top tier offenses without coughing up the ball. Her dynamic playmaking ability had her looking like one of the best primary ballhandlers in the building. Fleming’s future is bright.

Olivia is now a 2x NEPSACGBA All-Star. Her remarkable abilities have been on full display and the high ranking at her position has been corroborated. She has been an ascending prospect this year, but the dynamic play has propelled her to new heights. The progression in her game from last year to this year has been phenomenal to watch. Olivia has truly been a dreaded cover for the opposing guards. Her tempo as well as her rhythm while probing describe a point that knows exactly what she’s doing. The effectiveness of her initiations is unlike any other and some would say put her in a class of her own. The downhill playmaking, pick & roll assessments, decisive decision-making, facilitation of the offense, aggressive defense plus her timely creation skills all form together to make an absolutely stunning player.

Olivia is the #1 point guard in the ’26 class. Fleming is a dynamic creator that skillfully generates points from 3 levels plus the addition of the assists she’s able to produce while still being a high usage player. She crashes the glass harder than most pgs and is a pesty defender. Fleming has received a good amount of offers recently, but Lehigh is the latest to do so.

Olivia Fleming Olivia Fleming 5'7" | PG Northfield Mount Hermon | 2026 State New E has been on an incredible run through the summer. She has picked up a plethora of offers recently due to her dominant play with the Rivals and her impressive showing at the NEPSAC Showcase. Fleming comes in as the top point guard due to her ability to completely take over games at any point. Fleming is a game changer offensively when she is running the show. She consistently makes the right reads, lets the plays develop like any floor general would, but her offensive prowess can be overwhelming. Fleming is a steady threat to any defensive scheme. Her elaborate handle is packed with combos and counters that will leave defenders stunned in the fashion she delivers them in. Balanced and control attacks that are extremely calculated are what make her a lot to handle in the open court, but also within half court sets. Olivia’s shooting is very distinctive as well. She can shoot the ball in any scenario and she has incredible range. Fleming is a viable source for carrying heavy scoring loads. What’s exceptional is she can do all of this while still maintaining full control of the flow of the game and maintaining elite facilitation skills. The defense has yet to be mentioned either. Her lateral quickness and high IQ make her a high-quality defender that gets after any perimeter player. All that being said, Fleming is coming in as the #3 player in the class and the top point guard coming into the year.

Olivia is a creating point guard that is one of the best at her position. Her game is well rounded, but Fleming remains aggressive when needed. She gets to the rim easily with her long strides, while also having the ability to shoot the 3 with range. The star point guard plays well at up-tempo pace, but she has the poise to pull it back a bit and run the offensive thoroughly. Olivia has been all over the recruiting radar this summer after some stellar play. Fleming has recently been offered from Merrimack College, Sacred Heart University and Bryant University.
