When I was scouting this Class and I came across Paige Schmitt Paige Schmitt 5'11" | CG Algona | 2025 IA , I was surprised that I had never seen her compete before. Schmitt is a player that has that perfection combination of height and athleticism. The best way to describe her play-style would be team leader. This is an individual that is not going to kill you in the scoring department but in almost every other category. She is very good at creating off of the dribble and finding open teammates around the paint, while knowing when she should either pass or go up with a shot attempt. There are 3-4 players on this team with some real promise to continue on their careers to the next level at this point and you could debate that Schmitt is their best. Like I said, she isn’t going to score 30-40 points a contest but she is going to make sure that everyone else around her eats at a consistent rate. Something that college recruiters love to see from an outside perspective. If she can continue to keep this up, her Bulldogs team is going to be very hard to beat come Playoff time in their perspective Class.
