It’s been extremely impressive with the numbers that Paige Springer of Valentine High School has posted the past two seasons at the varsity level. As a Freshman, Sprenger averaged 4.7 SPG, leading to some promising offensive numbers as well. As a Sophomore, she averaged 5.8 SPG with even better numbers to follow. This number is going to be really hard to beat but I have faith that Sprenger will give it her best shot. She just needs some others to step up around her and who knows where Valentine might take things as we get into Playoff time.

of Valentine High School. Sprenger is quick, smart, and savvy when it comes to her overall play-style. She plays the top of her teams zone defense but she isn’t afraid to mix it up down-low with bigger players if need be. When she is coming down the court offensively, you better watch out. She has demonstrated the ability to get downhill in a hurry, usually finishing the possession with a bucket at the rim or a foul, giving her some free throws at the line. This team had their ups and downs this Winter but a bright spot for them was the play of Sprenger. She is going to be a PG we talk about quite a bit over the next few seasons if she stays on the path she is currently on.
