For those that have seen Paisley play, I am probably not going to say anything different than what has already been written about this extremely talented young lady. For those who got the opportunity to watch her for the first time, it was simply fun to watch.

A tall guard with great size and a strong frame that will only continue to get stronger. She shoots it from the outside like a 2-guard, but can score on the blocks like a 4 just as easily. Great movement without the ball, cutting to the rim and finding scoring opportunities.

A player worthy of the rankings and definitely one to follow over the next few years to see where she lands.

Hogan’s versatility immediately grabbed my attention, along with her being “long and athletic” and standing above the magic number, so watching her attack off the dribble and finish after contact, as well as drop the midrange, well, that was nice. When she showed that she could score around the basket using“hands and footwork” as well as putbacks, yes, she rebounded on both ends, and she played the passing lane

Hogan made her mark against a well-rounded Little Rock Central squad in late November, posting 18 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. Watching her highlights, I can see instant comparisons in her game to Kevin Durant. She is a long forward who has a high and flexible release, and she is deadly off the dribble, especially from mid-range.

With Hogan’s long frame, she is a phenomenal defender. She blocks shots at a high level, shutting down the painted area. She is also grabbing every rebound in sight.

Hogan already holds multiple college basketball offers, even before playing a single game on varsity. She has been offered by Arkansas, Mississippi State, Wichita State, Abilene Christian, and Arkansas-Fort Smith.

Hogan has great length at 6’1″ and she is automatically one of the best athletes on every court that she touches. She is already able to touch the rim and will probably be dunking any time now. I’m 6’1″ and I cannot even do that.

As an 8th grader last season, she played with the Greenwood freshman team, and she had two incredible all-around performances in February. Against Van Buren, she posted 19 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals, and 3 blocks. Three days later, she dropped 19 points, 12 rebounds, 2 steals, and 3 blocks on Harrison. She is consistent with her all-around play, so she will be fun to watch this coming season.
