Expert Analysis
Tink Butler | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Pandora had a quiet first half but exploded in the second scoring the first seven points and leading all scorers with 15 points after the break. At the final buzzer I definitely wanted to see more. She was impressive on the defensive end with multiple steals, several leading to points.

Pandora’s impact surged in the third quarter as she attempted to shift momentum with sheer will and energy. She elevated her team’s intensity on both ends, competing with urgency and refusing to let the game drift away.
Her pressure defense was persistent and physical, and her willingness to sacrifice her body for loose balls set a tone that resonated with her teammates. That effort translated offensively, as she emerged as Counsel’s primary option during the stretch.
Against the zone, she showed strong instincts—slipping into soft spots, attacking gaps, and using her physicality to finish in traffic. On two key possessions, she relied on her signature jump stop to control space and score, including one continuation finish that ignited the bench and injected life back into the game.

Pandora did well getting in the lane on her drives. When she got to the basket on several occasions, she was able to elevate and hang in the air letting the defender fly by as she avoided the block shot for a finish. She played physical and was able to get to the line repeatedly drawing contact. She converted on her free throws and played solid defense throughout the day.

Defensively Pandora has great anticipation and hawks the ball for steals. Her defense can frequently lead to points as she can finish well off of steals and she creates a lot of them in the other teams backcourt. She is physical down low and doesn’t shy away from contact which should give her a lot of opportunities at the line.

Pandora was solid attacking even when being pressured. I watched her finish on multiple contested drives and finish against taller players. Most of her action was off the ball and in transition but her skillset looks like it would transfer easily into the point guard position when needed.

Pandora Nah has an elite motor and consistently outworks every player on the floor. Pandora is a terrific rebounder, especially for a player who is typically one of the smallest ones on the court. She is a great athlete and is deceptively strong. Pandora did a great job driving the ball, and she hit a few mid-range jumpers. She absorbed contact and made clutch FTs to ice this game in a 6-point Good Counsel win.

I liked what Pandora Nah did for Good Counsel over the weekend. Against Christ the King, she was aggressive and attacked the rim with force. She lived at the line the whole weekend, and she had terrific energy on both ends. She was everywhere against Good Better Best and had 12 points and 11 rebounds. Pandora’s strength, athleticism, and energy caught my eye, and I like her fit on this team.
