How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I'm not afraid of physical play. I am currently working on my low post foot work and outside shot. My current team plays at a fast pace with an emphasis on defense to create offense.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
Think I am very coachable. I am very resilient and believe in my abilities with confidence. I the first to cheer on my teammates and support them during the good and bad. I have a positive mindset and able to learn from my mistakes. I like to surround myself with positive people who are supportive of me and others. I am very openminded and enjoy making other laugh.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
FFA - Volunteer to help work the New Carlisle Parades (Winter and Heritage Festival) -
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I have a very diverse inner circle of family and friends. I receive my 2yr team leader pin with my school volleyball team and was recognized as a team captain/leader.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Played for a program that almost made me walk away from playing basketball for an AAU program. The program itself is a great program but the team I was on was built with girls who bullied others and my position (center) wasn't coach well. After working out for a team with a coach who built his team around positive attitudes I found my joy in the game again.
What type of college are you looking for?
A college that will allow me the opportunity to continue playing at a high level. A school that has a diverse student body. I want to own my own business and looking to get my degrees in business and communication.
