Coach Yahaira Sanchez has done a tremendous job at the helm of the Nogales girls program. She consistently develops high level guards that transition well to the collegiate level. Incoming freshman Perla Carlon Perla Carlon AZ looks to be a name you can add to that list. A tough defender who picks up the length of the court and communicates well. Makes high level reads and plays with a lot of maturity at the varsity level for an incoming freshman. From this summer preview you can expect to see Carlon in discussion for the first/second all region teams this upcoming season.
