June Ball Standouts

Plays with a lot of grit. Physical defender who crashes the boards effectively for her position. Can shoot the three ball very well with her quick trigger. Attacks the basket with confidence and scores through contact well. Vocal and plays with a high motor. She consistently develops high level guards that transition well to the collegiate level. Incoming freshman [player_tooltip player_id='1865248' first='Perla' last='Carlon'] looks to be a name you can add to that list. A tough defender who picks up the length of the court and communicates well. Makes high level reads and plays with a lot of maturity at the varsity level for an incoming freshman. She plays with high energy every possession. Moves quickly and with purpose. An incredible defender who will aggravate her opponent the length of the court. Makes high level reads and quick adjustments. Very active on the glass. Impacts the game on both ends. One of the more impressive players I've seen this summer. A very tough and dominant force in the paint. Skilled shot blocker and an aggressive rebounder. Just as effective guarding the perimeter. Has great footwork and is very strong. Doyle gathered some attention during her matchup against Monarch (CO) where she was impressive on the defensive end against Division 1 prospect Sienna Williams. She can slice through the defense and score very well off the glass. Took an elbow to the eye quickly got it bandaged and was back in the game making plays. Has a good mid range and can shoot the three ball. Applies very good defensive pressure the length of the court. A very physical player who simply out muscled her opponents. Very confident and couldn't be stopped from attacking the basket. Very skilled ball handler with impressive footwork to go with it. An elite playmaker who can do it all on both sides of the ball. Expect Mitchell to be a heavily recruited player in the 2030 class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
