When the 2023-24 season concluded, Chambers would substitute the uniform she wears during the winter months – that of SCISA 4A Porter-Gaud – for that of Charleston Raptors 2025 Red. Chambers’ stellar play has put her on the radar of Sewanee – a Tennessee-based Division III school that plays in the Southern Athletic Association. She is one of the signature standouts for the Cyclones and an anchor of the team’s frontcourt. Chambers has been a multi-sport athlete throughout her career. In addition to what she gets accomplished on the basketball, she also shines as part of Porter-Gaud’s varsity track and field team.

Chambers feels very comfortable putting the ball on the deck and taking a few dribbles to the cup from the top of the key. The long and rangy forward prefers to play face-up and sit out on the perimeter for the Lady Cyclones. Perry must get stronger down the road for the next level to battle through contact. She has the Lady Cyclones currently at (13-7) on the season.

Perry Chambers Perry Chambers 6'3" | C Porter-Gaud | 2025 State SC had some nice post moves going to work on the block.  She used her length to shoot over her opponents with ease.  She was blocking shots on defense after she hustled back to get in the best position.  She did a nice job flashing in and out of the paint shifting the defense and getting open.  She runs the floor well even handling the ball for solo fast breaks after she uses her length to grab the steal.

Chambers was a noteworthy standout for a Charleston Raptors 2025 Red team that finished with a 3-1 mark for the weekend. She was also a player of note on Friday when her team completed an overtime comeback against Upward Stars Upstate 2025. Chambers finished with 14 points in that matchup. Along with basketball, Chambers has also participated in track and field events throughout her athletic career. Chambers is sporting the Charleston Raptors 2025 Red uniform this AAU season following running last year on the grassroots circuit with Dynamic Sports Team.

Chambers recently ran on the grassroots circuit with Dynamic Sports Team before wearing the Charleston Raptors 2025 Red uniform for the 2023 AAU season. The 14 points she scored were very valuable given her team’s matchup with Upward Stars Upstate 2025 made its way to overtime. Chambers does not shy away from contact as she is willing to take her chances at the free throw line. At 6-foot-2, she is the tallest person listed on the Charleston Raptors 2025 Red roster and it presents an imposing advantage near the rim. Chambers combines length with height, can block shots as a defender, and maintains a high level of energy and activity at all times with the minutes she compiles.
