A breakout performer for the Minnesota Rise this summer, Steele first caught our attention at the AAU State Prelims back in May. The 5’8 guard plays with a quick, high-intensity style, and uses her strength and overall athleticism to create advantages for her team. Peyton is aggressive on the defensive end; she pressures the opposing team’s ball handlers and is the first to dive on the floor for a loose ball. When looking to score, the Byron sophomore can knock down shots from the perimeter, but excels on slashes to the rim and drives from the outside. Steele enters the conversation at #93.
