Speed kills and Smith showed plenty of it all weekend long. She showed an ability to steal the ball, get by defenders and score the basket. Smith averaged 23.7 points per game and knows how to put the ball in the basket. The young guard is a play-making guard who makes the right plays on the floor. or just blow past a defender to the basket. Smith plays big at times with her ability to block shots and rebound he basketball. She put the basketball community on notice – she is a player to contend with.
