Riley’s ability to shoot the ball at a high clip is fun to watch, but it’s the confidence that she displays in each shot attempt that sticks out. She has the speed, and strength despite her “small” size to defend both style of guards and brings a ton of physicality to that side of the ball as well. A bright future is ahead for Milausnic at PNW.

Riley was good during the scholastic “live” events in June, but she was dialed in during the first open period last weekend in Louisville. She has a reputation of being a dangerous shooter, and she continues to do that at a high level. But she was a more traditional point guard up through middle school, and I think people forget how good, and crafty, she can be with the basketball. She creates space for herself, she can attack and find teammates, and she can score the ball around the basket as well. She is also showing a greater urgency defensively.
