Despite battling back from two knee injuries, I still count Sword among the best in the state to shoot the ball. She has a high release and when her feet are set, she’s as good as there is. Rylie is the kind of shooter that you don’t want to go under the screen on because she will make you pay.

Rylie has the kind of mentality that you hope all shooters have. She shoots them like every shot is going in. She can reel off four or five consecutive long-distance jumpers and not blink an eye.

Rylie has been battling injuries for quite some time but that hasn’t stopped her from showing what she can do on the court. She is one of the most feared long range bombers in the state. Sword has been known to go on long streaks of makes and draw a lot of attention from the defense.

Rylie played very well in her first regular season HS game since tearing her ACL over a year ago. Hitting 5 3-point shots and showed an ability to attack and finish in the paint. Sword can get her shot off with very little room and has a smooth shooting stroke. Looking forward to seeing her continue her growth as she gets more games under her belt this season.
