TJ used her length well on the perimeter and showed a smooth pull-up game. Her long strides allowed her to cover ground quickly, and she looked comfortable creating space and getting to her spots offensively. Her size allowed her to make passes over the top of defenders easily.

Coleman can flat out play. She can score with a three and it didn’t matter if it was off the pass or dribble. Had one of the best mid-range shots at the event. One of the better pure scorers in attendance. Has a lengthy wingspan making it difficult for opposing players to pass or get a shot off. A confident player who handles physicality very well. Plays at a high level every possession. Made plays on both ends for her team. Very effective player.

Coleman played well all across the board at the event. She used her length well, handled the ball with confidence, and made several quality passes from the perimeter. I also liked how aggressive she stayed attacking the basket through contact instead of settling.

Coleman ran the Bears’ offense with confidence and poise throughout the weekend. The senior point guard looked comfortable directing the floor while also showing more of a willingness to score when opportunities arose. She appears ready to take on an even bigger leadership role this season.

Terrais-Joi is a very talented combo guard who can run the offense and score from anywhere on the court. She has a high basketball IQ and can create shots for herself and her teammates. She plays at a good pace and knows how to set the tempo of the game. She can shoot from anywhere on the floor, and what makes her dangerous is how she penetrates to the basket off of her first quick first step. On the defensive side of the ball, she has length and can anticipate passing lanes. She has excellent footwork and can move very well laterally. Terrais-Joi will have a breakout year as she continues to lead her young Basha team to the next level.

Terrais is very flashy and brings excitement to the game. She has strong leadership skills and usually sets the tone for her team. When she drives to the basket, she plays aggressively and fearlessly. Terrais has a smooth jump shot, and I love how she quickly gets into the passing lanes on defense, which often disrupts the opposing offensive player. Terrai’s assist game is next level. She now has the 2nd-most assists in a season, with 152.

Coleman set the tone early. She got to her mid-range game with confidence and showed she can stretch it beyond the arc as well. When she’s in rhythm, she’s tough to contain because she can score at multiple levels. What makes her especially effective is her length. On defense, she disrupted passing lanes and made things uncomfortable for Gilbert’s guards. Offensively, she used that same length to see over defenders and deliver sharp passes finishing with 10 points and 6 assists.

Not enough time or words to describe how good this kid is. TJ is a 6 foot lefty guard that leads the floor with a sense of calmness uncommon for her age. She has a solid mid range game but its her passing ability and knack for finding her teammates in their “spots” that makes it fun to watch her. Her speed and length helps her push the ball in transition and get to the basket if needed. This kid deserves the hype and I am excited to watch her grow this year.

Coleman flashed her upside throughout the event. The lead guard’s length and size stood out immediately, particularly as a passer. She sees over the defense well, rebounds her position, and confidently pushes the ball in transition. Coleman did a good job finding open teammates and consistently generated quality shot opportunities for her team.

Basha’s backcourt will be in good hands with TJ leading the way. A poised floor leader with a high basketball IQ, Coleman plays with confidence and control. She’s shown the ability to run an offense, make the right reads, and step up in key moments. Coming off a solid summer, Coleman is primed for a breakout junior campaign as she continues to take command of a Basha squad with high expectations this season.
