Sadie Cox of Lenox High School put together an impressive high school career to look back on but recently she has signed to compete at Southwestern CC and I’m sure she is looking forward to getting to work as a college athlete. Cox has been a name we have spoken about for years now because of her production out of the Post position. She has put up huge numbers ever since she was a Freshman and that stayed true until her last game as a Senior just a few months ago. This is a hooper that is going to get better, really quickly with the right guidance moving forward. She has all the intangibles to be a real factor over the next couple of seasons if she were to take care of business in the off-season.

For her Lenox program, she is their engine on both sides of the ball. When they do well and things look good, it’s because of the play of Cox. If you look at the conference and the team’s that Lenox competes against, Cox is one of the better prospects throughout. She is coordinated by the bucket but she can also space the floor in a few different ways. As long as this group continues to build onto what they have put in place to start this Winter, they should see some more success before this season comes to an end.
