Sadie has been one of the best and most athletic wing-guard prospects in the state throughout her career at Yale. Her straight-line speed, ability to finish in traffic with both hands, and pull-up jumper make her a prolific scorer. She creates deflections and steals on the defensive end, then flies up the court to score in transition. Sadie is committed to the University of Michigan for Track and Field.

A long, poised guard, she brings a smooth jump shot and consistently finishes high through traffic at the rim. In transition, she keeps her eyes up and looks to find open shooters, pushing the pace with control. She does an excellent job running the offense, keeping the team organized and creating quality opportunities for her teammates.

Sadie had a phenomenal junior season, taking her game — and the Yale program — to another level. The versatile 6-foot wing was the driving force behind Yale’s historic 22-4 campaign that included conference, district, and the school’s first-ever regional final appearance. A dynamic scorer and all-around playmaker, she averaged 22.9 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.5 steals, and 3.2 assists per game while breaking multiple school records along the way. Sadie now holds Yale’s all-time scoring record with 1,248 career points and set the single-game mark with a 38-point performance. As she enters her senior season, she’ll look to build on that success and lead her team on another deep postseason run.

Dykstra is a player that freshman can model their growth as players after. She came into high school VERY talented, but she’s just so much more complete as a player going into her senior season. In fact, her well rounded game is a huge part of her success. She hit all corner of the stat sheet last weekend with her Mystics P24 2026 Dalton team. Dykstra didn’t score, she scored SMARTLY, taking the right shots at the right time. She also rebounded with physicality and was able to pressure the ball.
