Sage is the definition of a true point guard—tough, fearless, and always in control. She plays with a relentless motor, excelling on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she pushes the pace with precision, knowing when to attack, set up the offense, or find the open teammate. Defensively, she was a standout this tournament, using her anticipation and quick feet to disrupt ball handlers and force turnovers. Sage’s ability to create chaos defensively, combined with a deadly catch-and-shoot jumper, makes her a major threat. As the AAU season continues, Sage will only build more momentum and recognition with her play.

Sage Pytel Sage Pytel 5'6" | SG Nease | 2027 State FL is another young player who really played well over the weekend in the Fall League. Pytel is a feisty player who brings energy to every play on both sides of the floor and plays well.  Offensively, the young guard can shoot from the outside at a very consistent rate. Pytel had some nice threes from the corner and shot it well from all over the floor. Her ability to Shoot the three earned the defense’s respect and she used that attention to put the ball down and take it to the rim. She has some craftiness to her game and can finish with a little flare. Pytel’s athleticism and speed were on display. She will be a player to watch this upcoming season.

Sage Pytel Sage Pytel 5'6" | SG Nease | 2027 State FL has a nice game and has a lot of shots in her bag. The young guard can shoot it from the perimeter, drive the ball to the rim, and also pull-up in the midrange area. Pytel has a good awareness on the court and a nice feel for the game. She is a confident player who makes good decisions on the floor.
