Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I take pride in bringing two-way impact every time I step on the court. I'm highly athletic, physical and versatile and can score inside and out. Strong in the post, comfortable facing the basket, and confident finishing through contact. I use my length and footwork to control the paint, crash the boards, and block shots. Solid mid-range jumper and can stretch when needed.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I have a locked-in, competitive mindset on the court and a calm, focused personality off it. I approach every game and practice with discipline, energy, and the desire to improve. I don’t shy away from physicality or tough moments, I embrace them. I'm coachable, put my team first, and lead by example. Off the court, I’m grounded, respectful, and spiritual. I stay humble but hungry!
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Outside of basketball, I’m actively involved in my church’s youth department, where I help lead and participate in community outreach and faith-based activities. I’m also a proud member of the National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS), which recognizes academic excellence, leadership, and community involvement. These experiences help shape my character, and sense of purpose in life.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I’m a vocal leader who brings energy, direction, and accountability both on and off the court. I believe in leading by example through my effort, discipline, and attitude, but I’m also not afraid to speak up and hold my teammates to a high standard. I take pride in mentoring younger players, helping them develop confidence and learn the game.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
In 2022, I tore my ACL during a basketball game, which forced me to sit out for 15 months and miss my entire 8th grade season. It was one of the hardest moments of my life. But instead of giving up, I chose to grow. It taught me resilience, mental toughness, and patience. I worked hard in rehab, studied the game a different way, and came back stronger, mature, hungry, a better player and leader.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m looking for a college where I can grow athletically and personally. I want to be part of a competitive basketball program where I’m challenged to reach my full potential, contribute on both ends of the floor, and be developed by coaches who believe in toughness, fundamentals, and leadership. Academically, I’m looking for a school that values student-athletes, and align with my goals.
