Her performance against Hazel Green was insane. She set the tone on defense, flat-out snatching the ball from opponents, and on offense, she cooked the Hazel Green defenders, beating them off the dribble and looking poised and effortless. She dropped a whopping 30 points, 11 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block

She was the most mentally tough and physical guard throughout the entire tournament, regardless of classification. Saniya was scoring with ease, stealing the ball from other guards, grabbing offensive rebounds over opposing post players, and scoring effortlessly. She set the tone on both defense and offense, making it seem like the defense was scared to guard her, afraid of getting put on a highlight mixtape. Saniya was also grabbing rebound after rebound, taking charges, and setting up her teammates for easy points. She came out hitting 2 deep 3-pointers in the first quarter. Saniya is a pure three level scorer that can hit from anywhere. She is everything you want in a guard. She displays great IQ and possesses solid ball-handling skills. Her float game is one of the best I’ve seen in a guard, it’s automatic. Saniya currently averages 18.9 points per game heading into the final four.
